Sunland is now an Authorized Estate Agent in Spain and a member of API

On 17.10.23 a new law came into force in the Valencia region of Spain. There, everyone who is going to operate as a real estate agent in the Valencia region must be registered in a separate register for real estate agents and be an authorized real estate agent API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria). If you are not registered there and do not have the title API, then you are not allowed to operate as a real estate agent, and you can be fined heavily for continuing as an agent. Sunland is pleased to announce that we have entered in this register and have received the title of authorized real estate agent in Spain and are an approved member of API. For you as a buyer and seller, this provides extra security and safety in that you are looked after by professionals. Furthermore, we have insurance that covers up to EUR 600,000 in liability insurance and up to EUR 60,000 in surety insurance (secures your payments). Sunland is our commercial name, while insurances are in our registered company's name Rent a flat Spain SL, with company number B53339230. By being a member of API, we are obliged to operate ethically and also undergo courses, to keep ourselves up to date with the legislation in our work as real estate agents.
